The 2018 Golden Empire Roundup will take place over Memorial Day Weekend, May 25, 26, and 27 at the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center – 801 Truxtun Avenue – Bakersfield, CA 93301. Registration opens at 5:30p on Friday in the Foyer to the Conference Area. Conference Registration is required for all members and guests attending marathon meetings, speaker meetings, and all elective events at the Roundup. Event Badges will be available for pick-up at the registration table. Greeters and Hospitality representatives will be available to assist you in locating meeting event rooms and answer questions. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration begins at 7:00am with a Shotgun Start at 8:00am at Riverlakes Golf Course. The price for the Golf Tournament is $55.00 and includes green fees, cart and lunch. Please include handicap or average score with conference registration.

Fun Run/Walk | $5.00 | Saturday Morning 8a

Registration begins Saturday, May 26 at 8:00am at Beach Park, located on the corner of Oak & 24th Street. T-shirt ordering deadline is TBD.

Ice Cream Social | $5.00 | Friday Night

Dance & Karaoke | $5.00 | Friday Night

a) Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only.
